My Story…
Since 2014 I have been running and racing as a means of fitness, fun and travel. I have run race distances from 5k (3.1 miles) to a 50k ultra marathon (31 miles). This year I'm using my passion for running and fitness to participate in the HBCU 5k Run and personally raise money for my alma mater, Lincoln University Pennsylvania. My special fundraising goal of $1,981 is in recognition of my graduating year, the Class of 1981 and our new President Dr. Brenda Allen who is also a member of my class!
I would appreciate your support in this effort to raise funds for a great cause and the oldest degree granting HBCU, Lincoln University Pennsylvania (est. 1854)! You can also register to run or walk and represent Lincoln.
