Vikings, Grendel's and a Dragon!
Does that get your attention? Those are all part of the story behind our newest trail Beowulf, which you will get rewarded with if you choose to tackle the full adventure of the 50Km race! In 2017, those who took on "The Dragon" were the first group to lay foot on Beowulf, this tradition will continue for 2018.
Although Beowulf will be the highlight trail, no matter which distance you choose it will include amazing trails, beautiful views and great summer temperatures escaping from the valley heat. This will be a great race to take part in and will be a great summer goal for some and an opportune training race for others. SilverStar is situated high enough to beat the summer heat, yet lower enough to not be totally covered by the remnants of winter.
Taking place on Canada Day provides a long weekend to ensure you have time to spend with your family and friends and take in all the other activities that exist at SilverStar Mountain.
Know someone that wants to volunteer? They register here too! Friends, family, random on the side of the street, they can all help out, we can't do it without them!
There are T-shirts (uni-sex) and women's tank top's available for sale during registration as well! There will only be limited quantities available on race day.
NEW*training program. We have joined forces with an amazing local runner, Dawna Jodoin to provide a training program to help everyone reach their goals for this year. This program will give you a great base to help you push yourself through the training process to get yourself prepared for the race. Whether you're looking to podium or to run the race at your pace and enjoy the whole thing this will help you along and have a great time while doing it! Please sign-up during registration if you would like this option.

Training Program Closed
This is not a race day category. Please register for this sub-event as well as your race distance you will run on July 1st, we apologize for the extra steps but this is the only way to manage the taxes properly and not charge you extra taxes. The training program has been designed by local runner and coach Dawna Jodoin and is designed to help you achieve your goals for the race. This will help you set the ground work required to participant in the three distances and meet your goals. This program will give you a scheduled training program for you to follow daily, weekly and monthly.

2. An online processing fee will be applied to your registration at checkout
