Take Your Training to the Next Level

This training group is designed to accommodate a wide variety of experience and fitness levels. Whether your goal is to run your first 10k / Half Marathon or to improve on a personal best time, you will find a place that meets your needs in this clinic. 

Reach Your Running Goals in 2018

We offer a Spring and Fall 16-week training program that meets three times every week. During each of these sessions you can expect expert coaching that will cover a wide variety of topics including: running form, strength training, sports nutrition and recovery. The group will target a goal race at the end of the clinic that we encourage our club to run as a fun and inspiring way to celebrate the culmination of everyone's training.


Clinic Instructors

Half Marathon coach Mark Faust has run over 80 marathons including one in every US state and several world majors including Boston, New York and Chicago. 10k coach Joyce Park is a long time runner of distances ranging from 5k to marathon. She is also a New Balance clinic graduate. Their combined wealth of experience will help you get the most out of your training and realize your running goals. 

 





Meeting Times

Group runs will take place every week on Tuesday evenings at 6:00pm, Thursday nights at 6:00pm and Saturday mornings at 7:30am. We will meet and run from various locations including New Balance London. This information will be provided to you by the coaching staff on a weekly basis.


Goal Races

Our clinic groups will be training for Around the Bay 30k on March 25th as well as the Forest City 10k and Half Marathon on April 29th, 2018.
