Sign up for the strongest hour of your life benefitting the YMCA Strong Kids charity.
The St. Thomas YMCA will host an indoor triathlon on Sunday February 4th from 7am-10:30am. This
indoor triathlon will require athletes to complete a 10 minute swim, 20 minute spin bike ride and 15 minute treadmill
run.
Athletes ages 10+ are all invited to participate. There will be prizes for the winner of each age group and for top
fundraisers.
Indoor Tri Format:
- Swim: 10 minutes in the pool
- Transition 1: 10-minutes (move from the pool to studio 2)
- Bike: 20 minutes on an indoor bike
- Transition 2: 5-minutes (move from the studio 2 to the wellness centre 2nd floor)
- Run: 15 minutes on a treadmill
