2018 C3 MEGA DAY #2
C3 coaches have a half or full day motivational winter indoor training experience. The day begins with a 3hr, indoor ride with music-videos-coach instruction and inspiration.
Over the 9am-12pm three hour indoor ride, participants have the chance to take breaks. Coaches up on stage will educate-inspire and support you through a fun group indoor ride. Participants have to have their own bike-trainer. A limited number of indoor bikes are available but you must confirm with firstname.lastname@example.org or 647-400-3845 to confirm.
After the indoor ride, participants will have a lunch & learn speaker from 12:30-1:15pm.
Finally, the day ends Caron Shepley’s final 75min core-yoga-injury prevention and
stretch class. Participants need to bring a yoga matt or thick towel to lay on.
All parts of all three Mega Days occur in Hall A & B of the Caledon Community Complex.
