With morning or evening speed workouts, your choice of weekend workouts, plus 3 distance levels to choose from, YOU decide how YOU train!
Schedule:
- March 17 - May 30, 2018 (12 weeks)
- Kickoff and Information Night: Wednesday, March 14 @ 7:00 PM at Fleet Feet Sports Sacramento (2311 J St.)
- Wednesdays @ 5:45 AM or 6:00 PM
- Saturdays or Sundays @ 7:30 AM
- Culminating Event: Women's Fitness Festival 10K (Sunday, June 3, 2018) or your favorite spring half marathon *race entry not included in training fee
No refunds or exchanges available after the first day of training.
Please note, due to liability and safety concerns, we can not allow dogs or strollers at any Fleet Feet Training workouts.
