The first ever... Training Trifecta Camp
Date: Saturday Feb. 3rd, 2018 Times: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Description: Put your off-season training program on the right path! This camp is designed to teach you Flexibility, Strength, and Speed Training designed specifically for Special Team Specialists.In addition we will teach drills to use during the off-season.
Schedule:
8:45-10:00 Meet at the Gracie Tampa South MMA Address: 1345 W. Gray St. Tampa, Fl. 33606 Class taught by the Flexibility guru, Charles Trezevant.
10:30-11:30 am at Coleman Middle School Coach Tom Feely and Coach Tyler Rhodes will be teaching on field drills to use during the off-season.
11:30-2:00 Lunch on your own 2:00-3:00 pm at Tampa Sports Academy 4539 S Dale Mabry Hwy Unit 100 Tampa, FL 33611 In-depth and position specific instruction on Strength and Speed training designed for kickers, punters and long snappers This class is taught by Robert Marve, Purdue University.
Important notes: Camp limit is 10 students Cost is $80.00 Must be pre-registered.
