Come on out to race either a 5000m, 3000m, 1500m or 800m race! This event is for H+P members only, is hand-timed, and is 100% rankings eligible!

Time: 7:30AM
- TENTATIVE SCHEDULE (not exact, subject to change):
- 7:30am- Wave 1 5000m/3000m (4:10/K or faster)
- 7:55am- Wave 2 5000m/3000m (4:11/K or slower)
- 8:30am- Wave 1 1500m
- 8:45am- Wave 1 800m (fast heat)
- 8:50am- Wave 2 800m (slow heat)
- 9:00am- Surprise race
- 9:15am-ish- 200m kids race
*IMPORTANT NOTE* 3000m runners- wear WHITE. 5000m runners wear BLACK.
Not interested in racing? We need volunteers, PACERS and a cheer squad- the more the merrier! The race will be done early in the AM to avoid heat and congestion on the track.
Post Race Party
The evening of the race, athletes are strongly encouraged to come on out for the best part of the day: our post-race party and "special mile." The post race party will be catered by Mike Hewitson, Realtor!

- Start of the special mile at our favourite gravel track (athletes are free to meet us here)
- There IS an option for a relay as well (4 person teams AND 2 person teams)
