In No Boundaries, you will find a community to cheer you, challenge you and help you reach your goals. Whether you are looking to walk or learn to run; No Boundaries fits YOU. Join No Boundaries to train for your first 5K (3.1 miles) or simply to add a healthy habit to your routine. Day/Time: Wednesday at 6:00 PM and Saturdays at 8:00 AM
Kickoff and First Workout: Saturday, April 14 at 8:00 AM
Length: 8 weeks
Location: William Land Park
