No Boundaries SMUD is Back!
Starting April 3, 2018 - Training for the Wounded Veteran Run
Not only is No Boundaries SMUD for the individual who wants a supportive environment to learn to love running, or run/walking, it is also for the No Boundaries graduate who wants to increase their mileage and/or work on increasing speed. We will tailor the workouts so beginners and more advanced trainees can both be successful. No Boundaries SMUD will help you get FIT while having FUN! Don’t miss out – join us!
Wow! SMUD will reimburse the full cost of the No Boundaries program for employees who attend at least 13 out of 16 training workouts.
No Boundaries SMUD: April 3 – May 24, 2018
- First group workout Tuesday, April 3, 2018
- Group workouts Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11:15 AM – 12:15 PM
- Group workout location: Horseshoe parking lot outside the Fitness Center.
- 8 week program; 16 group workouts
- Goal Event: Wounded Veteran Run 5K and 10K, Memorial Day, Monday, May 28, 2018
