Crazy Leg’s Fitness Camp
6 weeks in length 2 times a week Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00 pm except for July 4th (dates below)
The class will be limit to 26 individuals we will meet at the pavilion at Coffee Creek Watershed Preserve. We will perform exercises in the grass area. We will use balls, bands and hand weights in a circuit type workout.
Dates of the classes:
June 25, 27
July 2, 6, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30
Final class August 1st
After you register for the camp I will email paperwork that needs to fill out and return to me before the first class. Please make sure to provide an email that you use and check regularly.
