My Story:
Today my dear friend sends me a text; that only had the link to this Lulu 10k. I had told her at one time that it was on my bucket list to run a 10k. Let me explain- I don't run. I signed up immediately with out any hesitation. It was like God was signing me up. I then read in the details that you could choose from two charities. I read about this charity knew right away - this is God.
I read from little worriers.ca "Little Warriors is a national charitable organization based in Canada committed to the awareness, prevention, and treatment of child sexual abuse. Little Warriors provides: Information, Treatment through Be Brave Ranch for children between 8-12 who have been sexually abused; and workshops called 'Prevent it'; this educates adults on how to stop it from happening."
When I was young I needed INFORMATION, I had to BE BRAVE in secret, and no one knew how to PREVENT IT. All the glory goes to God for the person I am today. I am a survivor. I will run for them.
