MUD//WATER//ROUGH TERRAIN//OBSTACLES Get your friends together for a day of fun at the 1st Annual College Days at Run Lizard Creek Obstacle Course on Saturday, April 28, 2018. The course length will be 3.2 miles. Participants must be at least 18 years old on day of event. Participants do not have to be currently enrolled in a College or University.
Run Lizard Creek is located approx. 5 miles South of Pleasant Plains, Arkansas. Come and run, climb, swing, slip and slide through this obstacle packed course!

Waves of participants will start in 30 minute increments
1st Wave start: 9:00 AM- course length 3.2 miles
2nd Wave start: 9:30 AM -course length 3.2 miles
3rd Wave start: 10:00 AM -course length 3.2 miles
4th Wave start: 10:30 AM- course length 3.2 miles
5th Wave start: 11:00 AM- course length 3.2 miles
DAY OF EVENT INSTUCTIONS:
- Gates will open at 7:00 am on the day of the event.
- If you have PRE-REGISTERED go to areas marked “CHECK-IN”
- Present ID
- Review and sign wavier. Check-in will go MUCH faster if you print and bring waiver with you.
If registering the day of the event go to areas marked “REGISTERATION”
- Present ID

- Read and sign waiver
- Make payment
What you should bring:
- ID
- Signed waiver
- Change of clothes, trash bag to put muddy clothes in
- Cash for food or merchandise
- Lawn chair to sit back and watch the runners
What NOT to bring:
- Guns, knives, or weapons of any kind
- Alcohol
- Illegal drugs
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Parking is available onsite for no extra charge
- Spectator charge: $5.00 which will be a donated to HEROES R&R
- Spectators are not allowed out on the course
RULES AND SAFETY:
- Participants must by physically able to attempt the course and obstacles
- No one will be allowed to race or be out on the course without appropriate arm band
- Registration is closed when the maximum capacity is reached
- No alcoholic beverages may be brought on site
- Participants must abide by all instructions given from the race director, race staff, volunteers and medical personnel.
- Obstacles on the Run Lizard Creek course may be hazardous. It is the responsibility of the participant, or parent or guardian to notify course officials if the participant feels their safety is in danger or they are injured.
- Every Participant, or parent or legal guardian of participant MUST read and sign the Run Lizard Creek Waiver.
**NOTE: Registering on the day of the Event does not guarantee an event t-shirt and dog tag. We do try to order enough extra to cover the people registering on race day.
