This training group is designed to accommodate a wide variety of experience and fitness levels. Whether your goal is to run your first 10k/Half Marathon/Marathon or to improve on a personal best time, you will find a place that meets your needs in this clinic.
Reach Your Running Goals in 2018
We offer a Spring and Fall 16-week training program that meets three times every week. During each of these sessions you can expect expert coaching that will cover a wide variety of topics including: running form, strength training, sports nutrition and recovery. The group will target a goal race at the end of the clinic that we encourage our club to run as a fun and inspiring way to celebrate the culmination of everyone's training.
Clinic coaches Sheila Henricks and Joyce Park have run many races at a range of distances from 5k to Marathon including a Ragnar Relay 200 mile Ultra-marathon. They are both New Balance London clinic graduates and long time members of our running community. Their combined wealth of experience will help you get the most out of your training and realize your running goals.
Group runs will take place every week on Tuesday evenings at 6:00pm, Thursday nights at 6:00pm and Saturday mornings at 7:00am. We will meet and run from various locations including New Balance London. This information will be provided to you by the coaching staff on a weekly basis.
Our clinic groups will be training for Niagara Falls Marathon, Half Marathon & 10K or the Pinery 10K on October 14th.
