With morning or evening speed workouts, your choice of weekend workouts, plus 3 distance levels to choose from, YOU decide how YOU train!
Wednesday- Speed Workout- 5:45am OR 6:00pm (60 min class)
Saturday OR Sunday- Long Distance- 7:30am (length dependent on distance/pace)
Midweek- within central Sacramento
Weekend- along American River Parkway; between Discovery Park and Old Folsom.
Distance Levels Offered:
-10K (all paces welcome)
-Half Marathon (all paces welcome)
-Half Marathon + (intermediate - all paces up to 13 min/mile welcome)
-No refunds or exchanges available after the first day of training.
-Please note, due to liability and safety concerns, we cannot allow dogs, children under 13, or strollers at Fleet Feet Training workouts.
