Build strength and speed with Fleet Feet Training! Join us for Stay Fit Six, the best way to keep up your fitness between race-specific training sessions. This 6 week class was designed to help you become a more well-rounded athlete. Experience a little bit of everything from strength building circuit workouts to pace-dropping speed sessions. Every workout is different and all levels are welcome!

- Tuesdays @ 6:00 PM, within central Davis
- Saturdays @ 7:30 AM, starting at Fleet Feet Davis
No refunds or exchanges available after the first day of training.
Please note, due to liability and safety concerns, we can not allow dogs or strollers at any Fleet Feet Training workouts.
