The Garage Games Firebreather 5K is not just an ordinary 5K race.
It is a run with a twist, a few stops along the way to test your overall fitness.
In this race you will run a bit, do some bodyweight movements, run a bit and repeat.
We might even ask you to carry something along the way.
You can expect some sit-ups, push-ups, squats and maybe even burpees along the route.
Of course if you are not a true Firebreather, you can just run the 5K in the Light Smoke division.
So grab your crew (or come solo) and head over to Newtown Park in Johns Creek. Enjoy a great race, great race shirt, and a shot at some great awards (Overall, Overall Masters, & 5 year age groups)

Event Courtesy & Refund Policy
Our events are designed to be fun and for the entire family. With that in mind any competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor, exhibiting unsportsmanlike conduct or interfering with the positive, competitive atmosphere of the event will be asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds.
All registrations are final...We're sorry, but there are no refunds, transfers, or deferments.
