Abbotsford Trail Running Club's Intermediate Clinic is an 8-week program designed to build upon the foundations of your introduction to trail running.
We will challenge your uphill efficiency, downhill technicality, and stamina on the flats with the focus of becoming an overall stronger runner.
Dates: Saturday's, August 25 through October 13
Time: 8:30 am
Locations: Fraser Valley Trails
Requirements: Able to run 5-7k on the trails at a social pace
The optional goal race is the Valley Vertikiller 16K (race registration fee NOT included in clinic registration and you do NOT need to be registered or racing to attend or benefit from this clinic)
