Wednesday- Speed Workout- 5:45 AM OR 6:00 PM (60-min class)
Saturday OR Sunday- Long Distance- 7:30 AM (length dependent on distance/pace)
Midweek- within central Sacramento
Weekend- along American River Parkway; between Discovery Park and Old Folsom.
Distance Levels Offered:
-10K (all paces welcome)
-Half Marathon (all paces welcome)
-Half Marathon + (intermediate - all paces up to 13 min/mile welcome)
