To CARE or not to CARE, that is the question! Help make a difference in the lives of immigrant families and children by raising funds for the Pacific Immigrant Resource Society (PIRS). Kuehne+Nagel's CARE initiative is excited to be part of this fundraising challenge so that communities feel empowered to make a change!

Canada continues to be home of diverse cultures. Vancouver is home to 913,300 immigrants, 40.0% of Vancouver's total population (Statistics Canada, July 25, 2018). At Pacific Immigrant Resources Society (PIRS), our mission is to empower immigrant and refugee women to fully participate in Canadian life through neighborhood-based programs. We served 1,263 participants in 2018 through 20 different programs. This year, we have been able to offer free Language classes to immigrant and refugee women. Our future wish is for all PIRS programs to be free of charge.
