Raise money for Langley Hospice Society

For more than thirty-five years, the Langley Hospice Society has been committed to providing quality palliative and bereavement care and support to our growing community, and with diverse but limited funding sources, we fundraise annually to be able to continue to these client-centred programs and services and to ensure these offerings remain free of charge for those who need them.

The Society operates from our Supportive Programs Centre in Langley, BC. There, our staff and volunteers provide anticipatory, early and ongoing bereavement support programs for children, teens, adults and families, who have experienced the death of a significant person in their lives.  Ensuring access to support, programs and services, remain FREE of charge…

In addition to palliative care and support, through the hospice residence, and in the community, the Langley Hospice Society develops and delivers programs that are client-centred and responsive and that include:

one-to one support, and age-appropriate loss support groups for children, teens, adults and families; our Supportive Steps Walking Group for Bereaved Adults; a Child/Infant Loss Support Group, a Traumatic Loss Support Group for Parents who’ve lost an adult child to suicide or substance use; Coffee Groups; Widows Groups,  Cooking Together, as well as seasonal day camps and summer camp programs for grieving children and teens, and much more.
