Volunteer for All Out Trinity

All Out Trinity showcases the remarkable treasure of the Trinity River and highlights the many ways that people can enjoy it now. Whether it is an individual’s first time at the river or they go daily, this event gives the unique opportunity to be on the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge while enjoying healthy activities and new perspectives around Harold Simmons Park.

We have volunteer opportunities for a variety of roles and shifts for packet pickup on February 28th and March 1st and throughout the day on Saturday, March 2nd. We hope you can join us as a volunteer to help make this event a success! Each volunteer will receive a blue t-shirt to wear during the event and to keep as a token of our appreciation.

Volunteer roles and responsibilities are listed below and are not limited to the description listed; some may require other tasks as requested by All Out Trinity staff or volunteer coordinators.

2/28 + 3/1 Packet Pickup Roles & Responsibilities

10:00 AM - 1:00 PM / 12:30 PM - 4:00 PM / 3:30 PM - 7:00 PM | Packet Pickup (8 volunteers / shift)
Check in race registrants, issue t-shirts, accept waivers, answer general participant directions. After you arrive (please take note of your report time) you will be sent to your specific location for further instruction from the staff member coordinating.

3/2 Event Day Roles & Responsibilities

5:30 AM - 7:30 AM | Event Setup (10 volunteers)
Hang banners, set up tables, chairs, and trash cans with extra trash bags, ice all beverages, and other duties as assigned.

6:00 AM - 10:00 AM | Parking Assistants (25 volunteers)
Direct event attendees into parking spaces.

4:30 PM - 5:30 PM | Event Setup (10 volunteers)
Set up all event signage, tables, chairs, and trash cans, and other duties as assigned.

5:30 AM - 9:30 AM / 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM / 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM | Volunteer Booth (4 volunteers / shift)
Assist staff with check-in of event volunteers and answer questions about event details.

9:00 AM - 1:00 PM / 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM | Event Information Booth (4 volunteers / shift)
Assist staff with greeting of participants and answer questions about event details.

6:00 AM - 9:00 AM / 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM / 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM | Floating Event Greeters (4 volunteers / shift)
Greet guests and help direct vendors and race participants.

6:00 AM - 8:00 AM | Run Registration (10 volunteers)
Check in pre-registered race participants or help complete day-of registration, issue t-shirts, accept waivers, answer general participant questions.

6:30 AM - 9:30 AM / 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM | Refreshment Booth (5 volunteers / shift)
Unpack refreshments and hand out individual items to runners. Keep area stocked, breakdown all cardboard boxes, and other duties as assigned.

7:00 AM - 10:30 AM Run (25 volunteers) / 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM Yoga (8 volunteers) | Marshalls
Monitor participants for any directional questions and/or health concerns and other duties as assigned.

7:30 AM - 10:30 AM / 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM / 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM | Floaters (4 volunteers / shift)
Monitor bridge and plaza for clean up, lost items, lost children, answer general participant questions.

4:30 PM - 5:30 PM | Event Teardown (10 volunteers)
Break down all event signage, tables, chairs, and trash cans, and other duties as assigned.
