My Story…
Hey y'all. Let me start by saying ... I'm not a cancer survivor. Those who are might just be the strongest people and greatest warriors I've ever known. In the past few years, I've lost people I care about and love to a variety of cancers, and while advancements in cancer treatment continue to save lives and inspire hope, fundraising to support research and battling cancer in any of its evil forms remains vital.
For the first time, my sister Nicole and I are running "Unleash the SHE" in Rochester, MN on May 5. This race event represents a celebration of women’s strength, health, and empowerment while helping the Minnesota Ovarian Cancer Alliance (MOCA) raise money to fight ovarian cancer.
Please consider contributing a donation, in any amount, to help me raise funds with one overall goal in mind -- kicking cancer's ass.
