Join Trail Heads to conquer the trails in the foothills of Gold Country. Experience amazing scenery and discover new trails to visit for years to come. Trail Heads is coached by the most passionate trail and ultrarunners in Northern California. Getting dirty is just one of the perks!

Program Dates: March 24 - May 8

Day and Time: Wednesdays 6:30 PM, Sundays 7:30 AM

Length: 7 weeks

Distance Options: Short (4-8 miles per run) and long (6-11 miles per run)

Workout Locations: Group workouts are every Wednesday at 6:30 PM and every Sunday at 7:30 AM. Wednesday workouts will be held on the trails behind Cavitt Junior High School in Granite Bay, the Auburn Hills near Overlook Park, and a few other locations. Weekend workouts will be held in the Auburn foothills, a 45 - 60 minute drive from downtown Sacramento. You will learn a variety of trails that you can return to and enjoy for years to come.

Davis Location Option. We now offer two Wednesday workout location options: one in the foothills, and one in and around Davis, CA. Attend whichever option works best for you. On weekends, all trainees will work out as a single group.
