Join our team the Mighty Warriors for a great cause! Autism spectrum disorder or (ASD) is a developmental disability caused by differences in the brain. Much necessary research is needed to determine what is the cause of these challenges in individual children and adults. What we do know is that 1 in 59 children is impacted by ASD affecting how they communicate, interact, behave, and how they learn. Although it does differ; it impacts everyone differently. Learning for example thinking and problem-solving may range from gifted to severely challenging. This is why Groups and/or Centers like The Superhero Center for Autism is a wonderful non-profit organization that offers an array of resources, support, and education for individuals with autism and other special needs and their families.
