My Story…
Imagine being in your early 50's, most likely you're thinking about planning for retirement in the upcoming 15-20 years of your life and other future plans. Unfortunately, you soon discover that you have early onset Alzheimer's and your plans crumble. That's what happened to my father. It's been 13 years, since my father first noticed symptoms of Alzheimer's. He has lost most of his abilities to function independently. He can no longer hold a conversation, doesn't recognize his family, and needs assistance with all daily activities. Please consider donating to Cure Alzheimer's Fund to help find a cure to this awful disease. This will be the 9th year that my family has participated in this event because 100% of the fundraising goes towards research and finding a cure.
