Join us for the 9th Annual Wellington Women's Half & Half-A-Half Marathon
The Wellington Women’s Half and ½ a Half running event is designed for the runner or walker who thoroughly wants to enjoy the experience of the event. Our slogan “It’s a girl thing!” is exactly what you will see on the course. Lots of support and sugary treats are awaiting you and your running partner or partners as you make your way through the beautiful route just outside of Wellington, Ontario.
For our participants in both of the races, our hope is that everyone will be embraced by the opportunity to be surrounded by women of all shapes, ages and abilities all with the same common goal of achieving a healthy active life. Each and every participant has had to make personal sacrifices and arrange absolutely crazy schedules to meet the training required to walk or run such impressive distances. Take the time to enjoy the event and what you have done to get there!
This June 1st, 2019 make the choice to honour yourself by participating! Regardless of what brings you to the start line or what motivates you through the kilometers, you will be travelling among friends.

Half Marathon and Half-A-Half Finisher Necklace
Water Stations - There are 6 water stations along the route equipped with Water and Gatorade and a restroom. Do not rely on these stations alone for hydration. Dehydration is serious; please ensure you carry water on you. There will be handsome men there with some treats too. What more could you ask for?
Parking - Is available in the school parking lot, or at the arena parking lot just one block further on Maple Street. Please do not park on Main Street.
Baggage Check - use your baggage check tag on your race bib to check your bag by the start line.
