Jase has been fighting Congenital Heart defects even before his birth! Diagnosed with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome and Transposition of the Great Arteries in utero; we began our relationship with the Cardiac Team at AI DuPont Hospital for Children over 6 years ago. 4 open heart surgeries, countless hospitalizations, Dr Appointments, and numerous catherizations later, we completely credit Nemours with our Jasey still being here and fighting along side us!
