COTC Member Pool Swim - Mar 17
Our weekly group swim workouts are for swimmers of all abilities- from novice swimmers looking to feel more comfortable in the water to competitive swimmers working to improve their time. Swimmers will be grouped into lanes by ability and each week’s workout will be geared to each lane’s ability. You must be a member of COTC to join the weekly swim workouts. Registration opens at 7:30pm on the Sunday before the swim.
