Sunday, August 11, 2019 – Join Manitoba’s most unique running event of the season and register for the 2019 Duck & Run fundraiser! It’s a chance to lace up and enjoy the groomed trails at Oak Hammock Marsh, where you’ll run or walk around spectacular wetlands. Register in a timed race, sign up as a family, or go at your own pace. Net proceeds in support of Ducks Unlimited Canada.

5K Timed Race

Register as an individual participant in the 5K Timed Race. Get the DUC Gear™ Summer Buff FREE when you register before the extended July 19, 2019 Early Bird deadline. Top finishers are awarded a premium collectible medal, and all participants receive a commemorative duck band and athletic t-shirt. To guarantee t-shirt availability, please register before July 19th.

Race Kits, SWAG and Awards

Claim your official Duck & Run race kit at the Running Room, 1875 Grant Ave. at Kenaston Blvd.

  • Friday August 9th, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday August 10th, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. 

All participants go home with a specially-engraved duck band to celebrate wetland conservation. Participants in the 5K and 10K Timed Race events receive a commemorative athletic t-shirt and top finishers in the 5K and 10K Timed Race events are awarded premium collectible medals.
