The Suzy Foundation All Ability 5K

Suzy Foundation is hosting its first ever 'All Abilities 5K' on November 9th 2019

starting at 8:00 am at Freestone Park in Gilbert, Arizona.

Our 5K allows, all participants, regardless of ability, to have fun, exercise,

and help make a difference in our community.

Proceeds raised will go towards helping individuals with special needs

by helping with the cost of assistive equipment not covered by insurance.

Your support and attendance is greatly appreciated,

we look forward to seeing you November 9th!!

Mail-in Registration

To register by mail please complete and return our Mail-in Registration Form! Please make check payable to StartLine Racing.

All Participants Receive:

  • Custom Event Finisher's Medal for all participants

  • Custom Event Dri-Fit Tech T-Shirt for all participants

  • Age Group Awards for Top Three in all Age Groups for the 5K distance only. Our age groups are the following:

    • 8 & Under, 9 & 10, 11-13, 14-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & over

  • Pre- and Post-Race "Runner's Brunch" (granola bars, fruit, water, Gatorade, etc)

  • Chip Timed with Real Time Results and Photos on our Website or Mobile App (on Apple and Google)

  • Managed by StartLine Racing. Club SLR discounts do not apply.

Race Day Information

  • Race Day Registration will be available beginning at 7:00am at Freestone Park.

    • We accept cash, check, or credit card on race day

  • Cost of registration on race day will be $40 for the 5K and 1 Mile.

  • We welcome wheelchairs, strollers & wagons.

  • No roller blades, skateboards or motorized devices are allowed on the run or walk courses.

  • Leashed pet and walker friendly

Packet Pick-up Opportunities

  • Friday, November 8, 2019 from 3:00 - 6:00pm at Sole Sports in Tempe (map)

    • Sole Sports is located at 1006 E Warner Road, Tempe, AZ 85284

  • Saturday, November 9, 2019 at Freestone Park (race location) beginning at 7:00am.
