Fit For Life 5K

Promoting physical education for our future leaders.

Join Fit2Run and St. Joseph Catholic School this fall at the Fit For Life 5K on November 9th. A 5 week training program will be available for kids Pre-K through 8th grade so they can be race day ready to compete in the 5K, or Kids' Dash. Each participant will receive a race shirt and finisher's medal, while promoting physical education for our future leaders. All paces including walkers are welcome, so bring the entire family for a fun filled race!

Fit For Life Kids' Dash Closed

Kids' Dash Distances (your choice!): 100 Meters, 1/4 Mile, 1/2 Mile, 1 Mile. Children 13 and Under registering for the 5K are also invited to participate in the Kids' Dash at no charge, they will not need to register for the Kids' Dash separately.

5 Week Kids' Training Programs Sponsored by New Balance

A 5 Week training program for Pre-K Through Elementary students will be distributed at the end of September. All registrants will receive their training plan via email, and area schools will have printed copies to distribute so all kids can be race day ready! When you register let us know what school you are affiliated with, for a chance to raise money for your school's PE department.

Weather Cancellation Policy

We value runner safety. In the event of severe weather conditions, the director(s) reserve the right to cancel the race for the safety of its participants. Registrations cancelled due to inclement weather will not be refunded, but instead used to cover event costs, with the balance being treated as a charitable donation to the event beneficiary.

Conditions that may result in event cancellation include (but are not limited to): lightning, high winds, flooding, fires, and other acts of God.
