FAST FEET COACH BIOS
PAIGE KELL
Paige is a Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) certified running coach and National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) certified personal trainer at the Upper Palmetto YMCA in Fort Mill, South Carolina. After graduating college at Virginia Tech with a degree in Marketing and working for several years in the marketing field, Paige decided to change careers and through her love and passion for running, became a running coach. She loves running and loves the idea of helping others to achieve their fitness goals through running. After completely developing the YMCA’s current running program, called Fort Mill Fast Feet, she is further completing her dreams of helping others in fitness by becoming a personal fitness trainer. She continues to coach runners at every level from beginner runners, to recreational runners looking to socialize and find groups at their pace levels, as well as competitive racers who want to improve their times in distances from the 5K all the way to the full marathons. She also teaches a group fitness class that incorporates strength and weights at the Gold Hill YMCA and personally trains several clients one on one. She is also certified in Metabolic Makeover. She lives with her husband Jay and four kids in Fort Mill and volunteers regularly at their schools and church.

JUSTIN PREVETTE
Justin is currently enrolled in NAASFP (North American Academy for Sports Fitness Professionals) to receive his Marathon Running Coach certificate. Justin completed his Associates Degree at York Technical College and began his career in the energy management technology field. After completing his first 5k with FMFF in 2013, with his daughter Anagrace, Justin found his passion. While running has become a major part of his life and his family's life, Justin is excited to have the opportunity to share his love for running with others. Justin is married to Chelsea and has four kids Anagrace, Anderson, Ashton and Abram.
ANNE RUTHENBECK
Anne is a USA Track and Field (USATF) certified running coach and a certified fitness instructor. After graduating with an undergraduate degree in Fine Art from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee, she worked in an art gallery for several years. She then switched careers and worked in banking up until she and her family relocated to Fort Mill in fall of 2011. After the move, Anne decided to become a stay at home mother but continued to run and race more, and eventually became a volunteer coach with the Fort Mill Fast Feet Youth Running program. After several seasons of volunteering, she decided to become a certified running coach so she could further share her passion for running with others. Anne continues to coach, mainly with the Fast Feet Youth program, and plans to pursue further coaching certification. She lives with her husband Andrew (also an avid runner), and their two children in Fort Mill.
JAMIE EASTLEY
Jamie is an ACE certified Personal Trainer, National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) certified Speed, Agility & Quickness Specialist, and FiTOUR certified GroupX Instructor. She is from Niagara Falls, New York and made her way down to Charlotte for a job in Teaching, following graduation from Niagara University in 2005 with a degree in Special Education/Elementary Education/English. Jamie was a Division 1 Softball player and continued to coach softball following graduation. After 5 years of teaching, and two children, she decided to switch careers and follow her true passion in health & fitness. After meeting with Paige and hearing about Fast Feet’s amazing running program, she was immediately drawn to coaching the Couch to 5k/beginner runners. Jamie trains independently while teaching HIIT/Bootcamp style fitness classes at Push Pointe Indoor Cycle & Fitness and the Fort Mill YMCA. She runs races from 5k’s to marathons, but just truly enjoys coaching the beginning runners. Jamie lives in Charlotte with her husband and two daughters.
