If you have additional goals such as running a personal best, qualifying for Boston or just becoming the best runner you can be, a personal training plan is perfect for you! Personal training plans will be geared specifically toward your race. It includes weekly mileage build-up based on your current fitness level, specific times/paces to run, and weekly speed sessions broke into pace specific intervals. This is a great option if you want to improve your times and get faster as a runner!
Personal training plans are $135. Once you fill out a series of questions and speak with a Fast Feet coach, we will create a customized plan for you to start achieving your goals!
