Join us as we get fit, have fun, and accomplish new goals as a team. Encourage your child's pursuit of running on our fun, safe, and positive 8-week training program. We will teach your child the fundamental skills of running through innovative games and endurance training.
Our goal is to help your child improve their athletic performance, understand the value of fitness, nutrition, and enjoy training. This program will prepare your child for an upcoming 5K race.
