This is a clinic for "Learn to Run" grads or runners looking to take their running to the next level. The 10K Clinic will gradually take runners capable of running 5K at their own pace to a 10K distance with lots of motivation and helpful tips along the way! Walk/run intervals of 10:1 are encouraged throughout the program. The 8 week session will finish with a timed 10K fun run!
