Field Park 5K & Fun Runs

Come join us for the annual Field Park School  5K Run/Walk and Fun Runs- 1 Mile and 50 yd. dash. The purpose of this race is to promote health and wellness at our school and in our community. The 1 Mile Fun Run will start at 4pm, followed by the 5K start at 4:30pm  The 50 yd dash will run during the results tally from the 5K race. All participants in the youth dashes receive a ribbon! Pre race day packet pick up will be held on Friday, September 13 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM in the Field Park Gym. Race day registration 9/14 opens at 3:00 PM.  Early bird discount and guaranteed t-shirt registration ends 9/3/19 - all race prices will increase $5 after 9/3/19. Thank you for your support!

Raffle Tickets available to purchase through race registration, 1 for $5 and 5 for $20. Many wonderful prizes have been donated by local businesses!

General Information

1 Mile Fun Run starts promptly at 4:00pm

5K will start promptly at 4:30pm 

Youth 50yd dashes start approx 5:15pm


Race Timing

We use a disposable chip timing tag that runners receive at packet pick up on their race bibs. It is lightweight and remains attached to the race bib. 
Runners MUST wear their race bibs on the front of their clothing in order to be timed accurately. The bib cannot be covered, holding it in your hand or putting it in your pocket will NOT read the chip. Do not bend the chip.  Smart watches such as Garmin and smart phones can interfere with the timing chip frequency.  Please do not adjust your watch or phone as you cross the finish line and come through the chute.  Disputes for times on Smart watches and smart phones will not be taken into consideration.

No registrations for the 5k will be accepted after 3:45pm

Awards
All 50 Yard Dashers and 1 Milers will receive a finishers ribbons.
5K Age group categories are: Top Three Male & Female - K, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th Grade, 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & Over

Awards ceremony at 6:15pm
