"I Ski For Eagle Mount"

Individuals

You can register for Individual, this option is for those who want to ride in the ski-a-thon but do not want to get donations to cover the registration fee. This registration allows riders to pay the registration fee in full upon checkout.

Individuals can also register for Individual - Sponsorship/Fundraising for free registration, this option is for those who want to raise money to cover the registration fee and be eligible for the chance to meet the incentive levels and win a prize. If the individual does not raise at least $250 dollars in order to meet the minimum registration fee by 8AM on 12/14/19, then the individual will be billed for the remainder of the $250.

Teams

Teams can register for Team of 4, this option is for those who want to ride in the ski-a-thon but do not want to get donations to cover the registration fee. This registration allows the first team member to register to pay the registration fee in full upon checkout.

* It is important to note that for this registration the first member to register must pay the $1,000 dollars upon checkout to allow for the registration of the team to be processes.*

Teams can register for Team of 4 - Sponsorship/Fundraising for free registration, this option is for teams who want to raise money to cover the registration fee and be eligible for the change to meet the incentive levels and win a prize. If the team does not raise at least $1,000 dollars in order to meet the minimum registration fee by 8AM on 12/14/19, them the team will be billed for the remainder of the $1,000.

The first member of the team to register will be the team captain

• The team captain will be responsible for naming the team

• The team captain will also be able to create an optional password for the other members to use when registering for the team. This prevents other people without the password from registering for your team.

• The team captain is also allowed to view and export all team data from their participant dashboard. This data is comprised of Full Name, Email, Event and Date Registered. They will also be able to send notifications to the entire team.

Using the Race Roster website is the most effective way of getting donations. You can send potential donors your fundraising page or have them click the donate to participant tab on the Race Roster website.

Ask your friends, family, co-workers, and everyone to donate! Be your first donor! People give more when they know you are passionate and committed to this event.

If you are getting donations in person use the Pledge Sheet. It is best to get donations in advance so you will not have to pay the difference on December 14th, 2019.

About Eagle Mount Billings

Eagle Mount has been one of the leading adaptive recreation organizations in Montana since 1983. We serve over 300 individuals with disabilities in the city of Billings each year. We have a variety of programs we provide such as Skiing and Snowboarding, Swim, Equestrian, and more. Our Mission is to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities through recreation and create opportunities for our participants to “Embrace Life without Limits”.

Who: Skiers and snowboarders

Where: Red Lodge Mountain

Why: To support Eagle Mount Billings. All of the donations will go toward the operations of our programs.

Your support makes a difference

$20.00 Provides an adaptive ski lesson for one public school student.

$75.00 Supports 6 adaptive cycling lessons.

$225.00 supports 6 adaptive equestrian lessons.

$4,000.00 Provides an adaptive bi-ski.

Team Incentives

These incentives are for teams of 4 that have raised these amount listed in donations made on the site. All donations must be in by December 14th at 8AM, at the time of registration. All trips will be planned through Eagle Mount Billings.

1. $10,000 Raised
   • A trip to Jackson Hole for your whole team! This includes two rooms for three nights in Tetons Village and two day lift tickets for your whole team! Transportation is not included in this package.
2. $7,500 Raised
   • A trip to Big Sky Ski Resort for your whole team! This includes two rooms for two nights in Big Sky, Montana and two day lift tickets for your whole team! Transportation is not included in this package.
3. $5,000 Raised
   • A trip to Whitefish Ski Resort for your whole team! This included two rooms for a two night stay in Whitefish, Montana and two day lift tickets for the whole team! Transportation is not included in this package.

Individual Incentives

These incentives are for individuals who have raised these amounts listed through donations made on the site. All donations must be in by December 14th at 8AM, at the time of registration. All trips will be planned through Eagle Mount Billings.

1. $2,500 Raised
   • $500 gift card to a local ski shop for all your winter gear needs
2. $2,000 Raised
   • $400 gift card to a local ski shop for all your winter gear needs
3. $1,500 Raised
   • $300 gift card to a local ski shop for all your winter gear needs
