Due to acts of nature and matters outside of our control, the TSUNAA has decided to cancel our 7th Annual BigBlueTiger5k.

Our sincerest condolences go out to those that were affected by the March 3rd tornado in the Nashville area.

Tennessee State University National Alumni Association (TSUNAA) cordially invites you to the 7th Annual TSU Big Blue Tiger 5K Run/Walk Event, to be held on the beautiful campus of Tennessee State University!

DATE and TIME

April 4th, 2020 @8:00am

(The race will start promptly at 8:00am in front of Henry A. Kean Hall. All participants must complete the course by 10:00am.)

RACE REGISTRATION FEES

Early Registration Fee: $30 (Until March 1st)
Regular Registration Fee: $40 (March 1st - Race Day)

Sponsor A Student Fee: $25
$20 Student Registration (Student ID Required)

20 for $20 Group Rate

Thursday April 2nd (3:00pm – 7:00pm)
Friday April 3rd (3:00pm – 7:00pm)

You may register for the 5k during Race Packet Pick-up Thursday April 2nd and Friday April 3rd with Credit/Debit Card or Cash.

No Cash will be accepted for Race Day registrations. Credit or Debit Cards Only.

Race Packet Pick-up will end at 7:45am Race Day
If you are picking up a Race Packet for someone else, you will need a photo copy of their ID.

RACE MEDALS

Over- all Winners and Age Group Winner Race Medals
Race Medals will be awarded to:
Male and Female Overall 1st Place Winners
1st, 2nd and 3rd Male and Female in the following age groups:
0-9, 10-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
(YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE A WINNERS MEDAL.)

RACE PARTNERS and TIMING
The Big Blue Tiger 5K will be managed by Tortoise and Hare Racing Company. Utilizing the MYLAPS bib tag disposal chip technology for timing the event. Tabulated results for overall finishers and age group finishers will be provided via printable results kiosks on-site, published online immediately as the race progresses as well as sent by e-mail post-race.
