When a child is seriously ill, caregivers often find themselves traveling far from home for required medical care. That's why Ronald McDonald House Charities Southwestern Ontario provides welcoming home environments that give families emotional and physical comfort and support as they stay close.
Ronald McDonald House Windsor provides a welcoming and secure home-away-from-home for families with seriously ill or injured children in need of medical care at Windsor Regional Hospital. A family can stay in one of our 5 private rooms, or 2 short term stay rooms, located on the third floor of Windsor Regional Hospital, Metropolitan Campus, for as long as their child requires medical care. Families are asked to pay just $12.00 a night - no family is never turned away due to an inability to pay.
