Fleet Feet's team of coaches will help you get fit for the Shamrock'n 10K or half marathon! With VIP experiences from the first workout to race day, there's no better way to prepare for the spring running season than by joining Fleet Feet Training!

- Speed Workouts: Wednesdays at 5:45 AM (Sacramento only) and 6:00 PM
- Long Runs: Saturdays and Sundays (Sacramento only) at 7:30 AM

- Fleet Feet Sacramento: Wednesdays near Howe Ave., Saturdays on the American River Parkway
- Fleet Feet Davis: Wednesdays at Mace Ranch Park, Saturdays at Fleet Feet Davis
- Fleet Feet Elk Grove: Wednesdays and Saturdays at Fleet Feet Elk Grove
- First Training Runs: Saturday, January 4, or Sunday, January 5 (Sacramento only)

The Fleet Feet VIP Experience

Elite Spinal Running Workshop
Fine tune your running mechanics with Dr. Edward Chu of Elite Spinal & Sports Care!
Dr. Edward Chu with Elite Spinal and Sports Care, will be hosting an interactive running workshop at his office. This 3 hour workshop will teach you how to run more efficiently and with less effort so you can run faster and longer. We will discuss some of the most common running injuries and how simple changes in your running technique can help to reduce the risk of these injuries. In the first part of the workshop, we will explain proper body alignment, posture, lean, arm swing, and cadence. Then we will head outside where we will break down each of those components and you will feel how each one affects your run. This workshop is intended for runners of all distances and speeds, from new runners to seasoned athletes. Please wear athletic/running attire. Part of the class will be outside and you will be running short distances of approximately 100 meters at a time. Be sure to bring water and sun protection (hats, glasses, sunscreen, etc.) and wear your normal running shoes. Class notes will be provided for you.
