It's back - our annual community event in support of YMCA Strong Kids is coming to you LIVE on Facebook! SWEAT for your community from home from April 30 - May 2 featuring your favourite instructors! Whether you work out on your own time, or with us LIVE on Facebook, share your #SWEATySelfie on the YMCA Sweat for Strong Kids Facebook page to show your support!

Note: all $35 registration fees will be given a charitable tax receipt for your support.

About YMCA Strong Kids:

Last year, the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario provided more than $3.1 million in financially assisted programs and services to children and families in need. On average, 3 in every 10 of our members and participants rely on this financial subsidy to take part in our programs and services, like day camp, health and fitness memberships, and swimming lessons.

Your generosity helps the Y to help those who need us most. Your support will help ensure people of all ages are healthier and more productive regardless of their financial circumstance. Every dollar donated to the YMCA Strong Kids Campaign directly supports kids and families in our Chatham community.
