On October 18, 2020 I am participating in a charity walk organized by Scotiabank to raise money for Glaucoma research in Canada. This is my third full year as a Director on the Board for the Glaucoma Research Society of Canada and as Treasurer for the Society, I can see firsthand how every dollar raised helps fund important research projects that get us closer to better treatments. Description
Glaucoma Research Society of Canada uses the money raised through fundraising to fund groundbreaking research into the causes, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of glaucoma – one of the leading cause of blindness in North America. The board is dedicated to limiting administrative costs to ensure as much revenue is put forward for research as possible. Please help us as we work to find a cure!
