YOUR MISSION
Complete a 5km run any time between September 4 - 30. Along the run, you will be asked to enter 10 Virtual Sweat Zones to complete designated exercises. These exercises can be completed in any order.

- 15 Air Squats to Calf Raise
- 15 Push Ups
- 20 Reverse Lunges
- 10 Supermans
- 20 Push Ups
- 20 Sprinter Sit Ups (10 per side)
- 20 Mountain Climbers

COMPLETION
- Results to be uploaded to official RESULTS Platform
PACKAGE MAIL OUTS
- Finisher Packages will be mailed out following proof of completion.
