An approach to starting a running program with a particular focus on injury prevention. Let our expert staff help you get ready for your first or fastest 5-10k. Our program is based on the run less run faster training philosophy. This program has proven successful for hundreds of runners. We will meet two times per week for instructor supported runs and will offer information sessions given by leading experts in areas of Nutrition,Recovery,Performance, Sports Medicine and Footwear.
We will meet every Tues. and Thurs. evening at 6:15 for supported runs from SoleScience (627 Maitland St).
