DUE TO THE RECENT DECISION BY THE STATE HEALTH DEPARTMENT TO LIMIT LARGE EVENTS, RUN NOW, WINE LATER 5k AND SANTE SOUTH WINE FESTIVAL WILL BE CANCELLED FOR APRIL 4TH. THE SAFETY OF OUR VISITORS AND LOCAL RESIDENTS IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE. WE HOPE YOU WILL JOIN US FOR THE A TENATIVE DATE THIS FALL AND AGAIN AT THE 2021 ART WINE & WHEELS WEEKEND.
ALL REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS WILL BE RECEIVING AN EMIAL.
Now in its sixth year, the Run Now Wine Later 5k (RNWL) has brought together more than 1,500 runners to compete in the competitive timed race at the Renaissance at Colony Park.
This race is quickly becoming one of the Jackson area's favorite races! Come be part of a festive race that has doubled in size every year for four straight years!
Kick off the Sante South Wine Festival weekend and enjoy a very unique wine and cheese post-race party!
The Run Now, Wine Later 5k promotes healthier brains and bodies and raises funds and awareness for Alzheimer's disease and Brain Health.
Proceeds will benefit Alzheimer's Mississippi

RACE DAY DETAILS
LOCATION
- Starts and finishes near north side of Renaissance at Colony Park and the bridge at the C-Spire building.
****PACKET PICK-UP APRIL 3rd at Renaissance****
- Race day registration and packet pick-up available at the race site beginning at 4:00 pm (Race begins at 6:30 pm)
- Sponsors and race organizers are not responsible for race packets or awards not claimed on or before race day.
- All t-shirts, awards, and race packets must be picked up and will not be mailed.
AWARDS
- 1st place overall male and female winners in the run will receive tickets to the Sante' South Wine Festival on April 5th.(Retail Value: $100)
- Awards will be given to the top 3 male and female finishers in the following age groups for both the run and the walk: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over
SHIRTS
- You must be registered by 3/23 in order to be GUARANTEED a race shirt size.

WINE LATER
Run Now Wine Later 5K is the only race in the area where finishers can enjoy a wine and cheese after party! Participants will enjoy a private venue in the Renaissance at Colony park where they can celebrate finishing the race and kick off the Sante South Wine Festival weekend!
