Our longest tour for the summer
Our longest tour might be our favorite tour, showing you the Great Waters of the Upper Peninsula. We’ll ride in a loop from St. Ignace to the Soo, on to Paradise and Newberry, and then return to St. Ignace. New for 2020, we’ve added an extra day to this tour so you can better enjoy the great sights. Three Great Lakes- Huron, Superior and Michigan, plus the Mackinac Bridge, the Neebish Cut, and the Soo Locks- are just some of the great sights for this tour. Great Stuff for 2020
This is our longest tour, and for this year we've added an extra night along the way. Come up to St. Ignace on Saturday, July 25, for some self-guided exploring. There’s a lot to see in town, and you even have time to visit Mackinac Island, just a short ferry ride away. Sunday we begin our 300 mile adventure with a ride over to Hessel, a small town near the Les Cheneaux Islands. Monday we ride north to Sault Ste. Marie, where you’ll see the famous Soo Locks. From the Soo we head west along the shores of Whitefish Bay and on to two nights in Paradise. On our layover in Paradise you can bike out to Whitefish Point and explore the Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum, and then in the afternoon visit famous Tahquamenon Falls. There’s even the chance to hike between the upper falls and lower falls.
Early registration is risk-free and simple. Make your $250 deposit at the link below, or pay the full tour fee if you wish. Only $1,499.00 per person, double occupancy, or $1,799.00 for a solo guest in a private room. Six nights of lodging, most of the dining, loads of fun. It’s a value!
