My Story…
Nixon and I are pet therapy volunteers at Ronald McDonald House in Edmonton and unfortunately due to COVID-19 we haven’t been able to visit the house—so this is just another way we can help out while we’re physical distancing and keeping everyone safe! We have been lucky enough to witness how Ronald McDonald House supports and uplifts families during difficult times and we continue to be amazed by staff, volunteers & the families themselves who create a sense of community and home while at the house. We will lace up and challenge ourselves to move a little faster and go a little longer, to support all the kiddos and the families we have met and all the families we have yet to meet. Wonderful things happen at Ronald McDonald House, donate and help support the wonder!! ❤️💙

RMHC Alberta is so excited to announce our very first virtual run! I'm running and fundraising to support the families who need to stay at a Ronald McDonald House in Alberta.
In 2019, RMHC Alberta served families from 194 communities across Alberta.
The Houses in Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer, and Medicine Hat are not a nice to have; they are a must have. 1 in 4 Canadians knows someone who has needed to rely on a Ronald McDonald House. I'm lacing up my shoes in support of those families, support me in my efforts to Hustle for the House!
I invite you to join me on this journey; I'm going the distance to run, but need your help to go the distance for RMHC families who need your support now more than ever.
