My Story…
Mental Health Awareness is close to my heart. I have struggled with anxiety and depression since I was a teenager and diagnosed with Bipolar II disorder in 2017. Struggling with a disorder that most people do not understand has been challenging. I Hope awareness of mental health related issues will continue to increase so people like myself will feel less stigmatized and more understood.
