Volunteer positions are explained in more detail below but please note that specific job descriptions will be provided via email once you've been assigned a job. Shift times are subject to change.
Volunteer registration will close on Friday, April 17, 2020 at 11:00 p.m. You will be notified of your volunteer position by April 22, 2020. For all volunteer questions, please contact Denitta Hoffman at firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Please note that all volunteers must be age 16 or older on race day.

Description of Volunteer Roles
Thursday, May 7 & Friday, May 8 Duties may include set-up, organizing, participant package pick-up, participant swag distribution, standing for long periods of time, take-down.
Saturday, May 9 Duties may include lifting, stockpiling supplies, moving tables to various locations, pouring and handing out water/sports drink during race, tidying and take-down.
Saturday, May 9 Duties may include patrolling designated zone, notifying aid stations of situations, ensuring lead runners stay on correct route, standing and cheering on participants.
Dry 'Gear' Bag Tent
Saturday, May 9 Duties may include set-up, labeling and organizing participants dry bags when they drop off before the run/walk, retrieving participants bags after event, bending and lifting, standing for long periods, clean-up and take-down..
Saturday, May 9 Duties may include set-up, lifting, stockpiling supplies, crowd control, maintaining a clean and organized post-race party experience, clean-up and take-down.
Saturday, May 9 Duties may include lifting, driving vehicles or gator equipment and/or training to operate equipment, heavy lifting, clean-up of pylons, signage, tables, chairs, garbage bags, etc.
Saturday, May 9 *volunteers must have first aid training/experience to apply* Duties may include first aid assistance, medical station set-up and take-down, good communication skills
